A. What Information Does The USA MedicalCard Gather and How is it Gathered?

To become a The USAMedicalCard member, you will either be asked to provide a basic profile about yourself by filling out an online registration form with personal information such as your name, email, date of birth and related information. A record of the fact that you are a member also is maintained.

1. You automatically sign up for free The USA MedicalCard e-mail updates when you apply for a USA MedicalCard membership or register to use the Web site. You have the option to opt out of receiving these updates. This opt out messaging will appear at the bottom of every e-mail sent to you and will provide you with the means to opt you out of the free The USA MedicalCard e-mail.
2. USA MedicalCard gives you the option to remove all your information, at any time, from our database. If you don't want to receive any form of direct contact from us, whether it is e-mail, information on discounts or promotional offers, or you want us to remove all your information, contact us at info@usamedicalcard.com.
D. Violation of Law, Rule, or Regulation
The conditions enumerated above will not apply in the event that you engage in certain improper conduct.
